Police arrest 3 men accused of killing ex-officer

Three alleged criminals, including two with extensive criminal record, were arrested yesterday in relation to the death of second Lt. retired from the police, Ramón Antonio Liranzo Liranzo, whose body was found early on 29 December in the park Villa liberation in sector La Perla, El Almirante, Santo Domingo Este, police said.
