Police arrested the pitcher Leo Núñez

Baseball player Leo Núñez was arrested by the authorities for dual identity. The information was released by the spokesman for the national police, maximum Báez Aybar, via his Twitter account @ MaximoBaezaybar, which indicates that the pitcher will be subjected to justice in the next few hours.

The real major league baseball pitcher name is Juan Carlos Oviedo.

The arrest of Núñez occurs days later from the President of the Junta Central Electoral JCE, Roberto Rosario, to bring that body not contemplated to bring charges against the pitcher of the Marlins from Florida.

He explained that they had taken the decision because he himself agreed voluntarily to cooperate with justice and the electoral management body to clarify the situation.
