Police wounded two alleged thieves penetrated to store appliances

Officers of the national police, attached to the Directorate Regional Santo Domingo East, frustrated a.m. today in the middle of a firefight a robbery which was committed in a square commercial sector Brisas del Este, municipality Santo Domingo Este, where several thugs entered and tried to carry numerous articles, including three motorcycles. Two of the thieves were wounded and prisoners in the middle of the fray to shots.
The police report indicates that agents attended the appliance store "Plaza Comercial La Isabela", located in the plaza Doña Ana, the equestrian Avenue corner project 5, sector East breeze, after being informed that there was committed a robbery.
Detainees were identified as Roberto Corporán Quezada and Ruben Hidalgo Quezada, both 18 and resident in the R Street, number 32 of the mine sector. The two arrested were taken to hospital Darío Contreras, where they are u000areceiving medical assistance, as a result of the wounds that present.
Other companions managed to escape from the scene in a vehicle, whose data are unknown so far, carrying firearms, which used against officers operated.
La police said that agents from that institution allegedly received shot to reach the place by a group of criminals, two of whom were wounded and captured within the establishment.
He pointed out that criminals had taken of the commercial establishment three televisions, a laptop, three motorcycles, four horns, a washing machine, a stove and a rocking chair.
Officers of the departments of investigations of crimes against property and killings investigate the fact to try and capture the fugitives and bring him to justice, while in coordination with the administration of the aforementioned store work to determine if they were able to u000atake some articles.
