Pope Benedict XVI said yesterday that there can be no justice while dominate the benefit criteria, benefits, and have, "because that can thus trample the values and the dignity of the human being".

The Pontiff made this claim in his speech yesterday addressed to members of the Italian police responsible for the external security of the Vatican, which received in audience for the traditional exchange of congratulations on year new.

The Bishop of Rome underlined the importance of educating young people in the justice and peace, two terms - said-"are both used in the world, but often wrongly".

"Justice is not a simple human Convention, when, on behalf of an alleged justice dominate the benefit criteria, benefits, and having, can trample the values and the dignity of the human being," said the Pope.

Benedict XVI added that peace is not the mere absence of war or the result of u000aaction of men to avoid and pointed out that the "true peace is something that must be built every day with the aid of compassion, solidarity and fraternity of each".

The Pope Ratzinger added that peace is deeply linked to the justice.

The Pope highlighted the work of the Italian police to ensure the external security of the Vatican and recognized that the protection of public order in an area so visited by tourists and faithful from around the world "is not an easy task".

El Bishop of Rome said that the Santa headquarters, el Centre of the Church Catholic, "not supposed a problem" nor for Rome nor for Italy, "more to el contrary, is a wealth and a reason to boast is".

.

The external security of the Vatican and St. Peter's square guaranteed the Italian police, as it was established in the Lateranensi pacts of 1929 with Italy, who set the territory of the city of the Vatican, the smallest of the u000aworld, located in the city of Rome, to the right of the Tiber River.
