The Criminal Chamber, Supreme Court of Justice postponed to 18 and 23 November, requests for extradition against three Dominicans, claimed by the authorities of the United States, so that they respond by accusations of drug trafficking and homicide.

The judges Hugo Alvarez Valencia, Víctor José Castellanos and Edgar Hernandez, took the decision to give opportunity to those claimed in extradition lawyers to take knowledge of the dossier.

Also, the judges postponed to next Wednesday requests for the extradition of Jose Antonio Contreras u000aKings (Pepe), and Miguel Antonio Rosa Ureña (CAT), the first aircraft mechanic because he put a new lawyer of the Ombudsman published and the second because presented a medical certificate giving account of his health condition, reason by which was not transferred to the tribunal.

Requests were made by the Department of extradition of the Attorney General of the Republic, which coordinates the Deputy Solicitor Gisela Cueto González, and counsel of the Embassy of the United States, Analdis Alcantara Abreu.

Pinales Mejía, is requested in extradition by a court in South Carolina, United States, in relation to the death of Amber Maria Schiavone, fact occurred in August 2008.

While Pepe and Rosa Ureña, are claimed by the United States, to be identified as part of a network of drug traffickers to integrate Colombians, Venezuelans and Lebanese.
