Postpone paya case hearing for next year

The judges of the second Chamber criminal of the Court of appeal of the National District postponed to February 29th the knowledge of the resources of appeal submitted by 14 of those sentenced in the case of Paya, fact happened on 4 August 2008, Ojo de Agua, Baní.
The Court, presided over by Judge Ramon Horacio González Pérez, adopted decision once the accused Andres Tapia Balbuena said that he had a new lawyer and it should have knowledge of the dossier.
