Viewed 22 times.Prosecutors and defence in the case of terrorism after a Dominican - accused of arming a homemade bomb to destroy targets ranging from police offices of mail cars - have agreed to delay the onset of its allegations before an investigative jury, announced the counsel of a suspect.
José Pimentel was heard Monday if the jury of origin accused of stifling formally of the charges against him, but the defending lawyer Lori Cohen said it would differ almost a month the legal date which should be made that statement.
"Both sides agreed that it should not rush the case with the investigative jury", said the criminal lawyer in an email electronic.
The Office of the District Attorney in Manhattan declined to comment on the matter. In the meantime, Pimentel continue behind bars without the right to bail on the charges fincados against him, including possession of weapons and conspiracy to commit u000aoffences relating to terrorism.
