Present appeal challenged concession contract

Instance was filed before the Superior Administrative Court, by Freddy Aguasvivas Guerrero and Miguel Surun Hernandez, which was notified to Senators Carlos castles, Hadrian Sánchez Roa, Luis René Canaan Rojas, Edis Fernando Mateo and Tommy Galán, who make up the Standing Committee on defence and national security of the Senate of the Republic, as well as the President of the Senate, Reynaldo wall Pérez.

"Our entity, non-profit, whose main objective is transparency in the management of funds and properties of the Dominican State;" announces that he has lodged legal action to challenge the concession contracts signed by the Dominican State with u000a"Aerodom", argues the instance. He pointed out that the Decree 220-04, which I would describe unconstitutional and illegal, in addition to illegally extend this concession contract, beyond without approval of the Congress, the collection of the rate of US$ 1.30.
