President Wolf regulate Honduras press

"The press is not for no personal gain... and on behalf of freedom of expression no one can defend their own interests," said the President at the opening of the third period of the annual session of the legislature.
Despite that earlier reiterated that his Government for is "fundamental not to restrict freedom of expression", Wolf warned, "not tolerate any influence or individual media interest because that is considered to be an expression in the service of private interests".
But the leader of the College of journalists, Elán Kings, assured that "apparently Wolf trying to follow the footsteps of his Ecuadorian counterpart Rafael Correa, which keeps intimidated journalists and owners of the media of their country through various laws which undermine the freedom of" u000a"report".
Wolf not specified what is his initiative to act, nor the date they submit it to the discussion of the 128 members of five political parties. A total of 71 congressmen belong to the ruling party national.
Honduras is considered one of the most dangerous countries to practice journalism. In three years have been killed 22 reporters and businessmen of the communication
