PRI faction challenging proclamation of Mejía

Viewed 20 times.The Commission policy of one faction of the Revolutionary Party independent (PRI), chaired by Julio Jimenez, deposited in the central board election (PVE) legal challenge, documentation of what they call false proclamation of Hipólito Mejía as presidential candidate by Trajano Santana, who presides over another faction.
The document was deposited by a Commission headed by its President, Julio Jiménez, along with his political to the JCE, Victor Diaz Alba, delegate and Secretary general Pedro Pantaleón.
"We made the exception to the Revolutionary Party and its candidate, in the sense that Trajano Santana has no quality to be proclaiming nominations, and at the same time we call to all the other parties so that we are holding firm in the struggle for the strengthening of the democratic system and party system".
Jiménez called on the JCE to refrain from receiving false u000aproclamations of candidates, by people who are not authorities in this organization.
Argued that the alleged act of proclamation to Mejía only participated in perredeístas and not PRI, and that with that single Santana seeking personal benefits at the expense of the weakening of the political organization. He said they are determined to lead until the last consequences and different courts of the Republic the illegal proclamation of Mejía.
