Princess Caroline of Monaco loses its lawsuit against Germany by paparazzi photos

Viewed 21 times.The great Chamber of the Court of human rights of Estrasbugo ruled today against the Princess Caroline of Monaco in its complaint against the German State for photographs published in two weekly newspapers in that country which appeared skiing with her family.
According to the statement, read out by the President of the Tribunal, Nicolas Bratza, Germany not violated article 8 (right to respect for private and family life) of the European Convention on human rights.
View by this case was held in October, 2010, as a result of the lawsuit filed in 2008 by Carolina of Monaco and her husband, Ernest of Hanover, by several pictures published between 2002 and 2004 by the magazines "Frau im Spiegel" and "Frau Aktuell".
