Viewed 12 times.An Argentine judge indicted for the crime of homicide qualified, aggravated by the link and use of the firearm, the widow of the Governor of the southern province of Rio Negro, murdered at the beginning of this year, judicial sources reported yesterday.
Susana Freydoz is the only accused for the murder of her husband, the Peronist Governor Carlos Soria, committed on the morning of last January 1, according to the resolution of judge Emilio Stadler, in charge of the case.
The widow of the Governor remains interned at the provincial hospital in the town of Cipolletti under the figure of "probation", with special emphasis of mental health service.
Freydoz was entered following the request of his lawyer, Alberto Richieri, who considered that the life of their client risk by a possible "suicidal decision", said spokesmen.
Soria, 61, was shot in the left cheek which was when he was in u000ayour room from the estate of his ownership of General Roca, one of the main cities of Río Negro, in the South of Argentina.
The police seized a revolver 38 caliber with which made the shot and was owned by Governor.
Soria, whose replacement assumed the Deputy Governor Alberto Weretelnick, was an ally of the Government of Cristina Fernández and had assumed the provincial Executive on December 10.
