Professor claims condemn agents beat his son

Viewed 14 times.Professor Juan Tomás Olivero, whose son was beaten and wounded by police two years ago, yesterday asked the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice take a judgment of the Court of appeal of Holy that upheld the conviction of 10 years in prison against two members of a patrol.
He complained that the date judges constituting the Court, Hugo Alvarez Valencia, Víctor José Castellanos and Edgar Hernandez, have no fixed date for the knowledge of that resource.
"The family Olivero Jiménez demand authorities to know the case, which has been since June of this year in the Supreme Court, pending the decision of Cassation", argued Olivero on a visit to LISTÍN DIARIO.
Appeal
requested the intervention of the President of the Supreme Court, Jorge Subero Isa, for the purposes of fixing an appeal against the ruling handed down by the second u000aCourt admitted and ratified by the Court of appeal. The University professor said that there is no security without justice, nor with respect to human rights without justice.
Miguel Abraham Olivero received a beating, a shot and was about to be killed by agents of the police.
The young student of advertising was assaulted on January 4, 2009 and then carried by both agents hospital Darío Contreras to receive medical care. Because of police brutality, Miguel Abraham, suffer traumas which affected his performance.
