Prosecutor satisfies the maximum penalties

The Prosecutor of the National District, Alexander Moscoso Segarra, yesterday expressed satisfaction at the large number of sentences of 30 years in prison that have recently issued by the courts, as punishment for drug trafficking crimes, killings, police executions and rape sex.

Said that the judgements issued by courts show that the public prosecutor's Office well sustained records, which is why opinions are hosted by the judges.

In weeks recent Dominican courts have issued a series of sentences of 30 years in prison, maximum penalty, in cases of feminicide and other killings, reaching 240 years in five sentences.
