Protests close several ports in the U.S.

Hundreds of demonstrators yesterday blocked the gates of access to some of the ports most active on the West coast of United States and caused its partial closure, with the aim of undermining the profits of the corporations that operate them.
Closures affected several of the terminals in the port of Oakland, California, Portland, Oregon and Longview (Washington), although it was not immediately clear to what extent will affect operations and what will be the economic losses. From California to Vancouver (Canada), the demonstrators hampered the gates of the terminal port.
