Public health presents strategic plan 2012

The Ministry of public health presented yesterday the "Strategic Plan of the Directorate-General maternal child and adolescent 2012 - 2016", with the aim of reducing the rate of maternal and infant mortality in the country

Presentation of the Plan was held at the headquarters of the Ministry and was directed to representatives of the provincial health directorates (DPS) different regional health at the national level, as well as Department of the Central level of portfolio managers, technicians from the Directorate General maternal and child and representatives of entities of civil society working with item.

Activity was led by José Rodríguez Aybar, Vice-Minister of health collective, and with the participation of areas and provincial health, Nelson Rodriguez Moscat, director and the director-general of mother and child, Láncer José, Despradel.

Rodríguez Aybar explained that document has as aim to improve u000amanagement and technical competence of the maternal child program and adolescents for the strengthening of the leadership role of the Department of collective health.

He defined what plan would enhance the strategic direction of public policies and regulations to strengthen the national system of health, sexual health and health reproductive.
