Rajoy Announces banking will change

The President of the Spanish Government, Mariano Rajoy, said yesterday that he does not plan to increase VAT or create a "bad Bank" in Spain, and before a month it will present a plan to undertake the restructuring of the financial sector.
Rajoy said that Latin America is a "capital priority" of his Executive, that had been intended to maintain "the best relations" with the community iberoamericana.
"For me is a priority capital that I will not resign ever", said Rajoy, who recalled that Spain is the second largest investor in the region. Conservative leader highlighted the "solid majority" that has led him to the Government and giving you the necessary political stability for the Spain to regain the confidence of the markets after months of harassment on the country's sovereign debt, and set as its "main aim" do away with unemployment and restore economic growth.
