Rajoy Announces banking will change

Rajoy said that Latin America is a "capital priority" of his Executive, that had been intended to maintain "the best relations" with the community iberoamericana.
"For me is a priority capital that I will not resign ever", said Rajoy, who recalled that Spain is the second largest investor in the region.
