RD and Brazil will expand war on crime

The Attorney General of the Dominican Republic and the Federal Public Ministry of Brazil will strengthen and expand collaboration legal through the exchange of information, technical data for research and technical assistance, especially as regards transnational organized crime and related offences.

To that end, the Dominican Republic, Attorney Radhamés Jiménez Peña, and Brazil, Roberto Monteiro Gurgel Santos, signed a collaboration agreement during the celebration of the 19th Assembly General ordinary meeting of the Association Iberoamericana of prosecutors, which took place recently in Brazil.

Judge Roberto Monteiro Gurgel congratulated his Dominican counterpart Radhamés Jiménez Peña, by the great achievements that has reached in recent years the Ministry Ppúblico of Dominican Republic in term of professionalization and institutionalization.

u000aalso announced that next year a group of prosecutors in their nation visit the Dominican public Ministry school to receive training and exchange experience with prosecutors in the country in the field of strategic criminal prosecution focused and intelligent, aspects in which Dominican Republic goes to the forefront in all Iberoámerica.
