Report concludes murderer of 77 people in Norway suffers from "paranoid schizophrenia"

The report psychiatric ultraderechista Anders Behring Breivik, delivered yesterday to the Court of Oslo, concludes that the author confessed to the attacks of July 22, in which 77 people were killed, suffers from "paranoid schizophrenia" and "delusions", reported yesterday the Norwegian Prosecutor.
Breivik was in psychotic State when he committed the massacre in the island of Utøya and during interviews with psychiatrists, according to the report, which must be approved by the Commission of forensic medicine, probably before Christmas.
Confirm the diagnosis, Breivik may not be sentenced to imprisonment, but should be admitted to a psychiatric, "for the rest of his life" if it is necessary to be a social danger, said the Prosecutor Inga Bejer Engh.
