Requests to "La Soga" not defy authority

The head of the national police, major general José Armando Polanco Gómez, yesterday assured the preservation of the life of the former Lieutenant Fernando de los Santos (the rope), but warned that if it challenges the authority at the time of his arrest will be used "all the force necessary to subdue him".
