Romanian arrested with 41 cloned credit cards

Popescu Ionut, 27, was arrested at the Mercury Hotel, where he was staying, on George Washington Ave in Santo Domingo.
The police report indicates that he was apprehended as he tried to take cash from an ATM using one of the forged cards. The report goes on to list some of the cards found with Ionut, including; 16 cards with the name "Schuh Gift Card ", 8 marked "Sport World Gift Card", 4 "Debenhams Gift Card", 2 "Red Letter Days", 2 "TK Maxx", and a "Visa IHG" in his name.
