During a solemn mass, held at the Cathedral Primada of America, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Santiago, Monsignor Ramón Benito of u000aLa Rosa, emphasized the effect which he claimed has today the sermon of Montesinos, because "poor people are still living under oppression, neglect and denial of their rights".
