Rutinel decides to leave prison at Najayo by "ultimatum" gave PRD

"I could not continue receiving pressure from my party, my party gave me an ultimatum and I I owe to my party, I am Vice-Chairman of the PRD," pointed out.
Detained since 5 December last, Rutinel obtained freedom after access to sign contracts of guarantee imposed by a court, which refused claiming that he was innocent and that his detention was illegal.
Family and dozens of PRD activists were imprisoned to receive the perredeísta leader, who was released at 10: 20 in the morning of the criminal and left in caravan to his residence in the capital, with his wife Carmen Núñez and several children.
The complaint for aggression against Rutinel was u000afiled by a woman with whom he had a son.
Reiterated that he is innocent, that the detention was illegal and that his rights were violated. In document read when they left the compound, reported that he was outraged and mistreated when he was transferred to Najayo and that he was kept completely isolated.

He said that his arrest was the result of a plot involving prosecutors, journalists and commentators.
