Rutinel decides to leave prison at Najayo by "ultimatum" gave PRD

After leaving the prison in Najayo where he was imprisoned for more than one month, accused of domestic violence, yesterday the former Senator Tonty Rutinel said that he decided to leave because his party, the Revolucionario Dominicano (PRD), gave him an "ultimatum to an immediate departure".

"I could not continue receiving pressure from my party, my party gave me an ultimatum and I I owe to my party, I am Vice-Chairman of the PRD," pointed out.

Detained since 5 December last, Rutinel obtained freedom after access to sign contracts of guarantee imposed by a court, which refused claiming that he was innocent and that his detention was illegal.

Family and dozens of PRD activists were imprisoned to receive the perredeísta leader, who was released at 10: 20 in the morning of the criminal and left in caravan to his residence in the capital, with his wife Carmen Núñez and several children.

The complaint for aggression against Rutinel was u000afiled by a woman with whom he had a son.
