Rutinel was taken to jail in Najayo

Viewed 28 times.The Prosecutor's Office of the National District yesterday ordered the transfer to former Senator Tonty Rutinel Najayo prison, accused of assaulting a woman with whom he had a two-year-old son, and who met 17 days in a cell of the Palace of Justice in new town.
The measure was adopted by the Prosecutor of the National District, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, then the leader perredeísta refused to sign two contracts of guarantee of two insurance companies consisting of ten million pesos, which arranged as a measure of coercion the permanent attention of the national district judge, José Alejandro Vargas.
Rutinel was arrested on 14 December and three days was known measure of coercion ordering their freedom, but since that time had resisted to leave the prison remand of the Palace of Justice in new town, claiming that it would not rescind the measure and arrange their liberty pure and simple.
Transfer of Rutinel is in u000apursuant to resolution 668-2011-4324 in the Court of permanent attention, which States that if it did not pay bail would be transferred to the prison of Najayo.
Reynoso said that under the former Senator had denied to sign contracts 109001 insurance Pepín and 029261 insurance DHI Atlas, both are invalidated and therefore it was referred to the criminal referral.
Denounces mistreatment
on their side, Juniol Ramirez, Tonty Rutinel lawyer, complained that his client was beaten by members attached to the Directorate General of prisons, they were to move towards the Najayo prison
said that agents "fractured his back intentionally" and deplored the actions taken against the leader perredeísta.
Attributed the alleged infringement of the public prosecutor's Office orders. Ramirez also said that Rutinel is isolated in a cell for extraditables, at the time announced u000athat it deposited in the Fifth Magistrate's Court a request for review of the extent of coercion imposed by him on his client, accused of domestic violence.
