Second Lieutenant Found Dead in Boca Chica

The body of a Police Second Lieutenant who had disappeared four days was found last Saturday in decomposed state, on wasteland in La Altagracia, Boca Chica.
The victim was named as Jose Altagracia Perez Montero, 43-year-old, who was assigned to escort former police chief Rafael Guerrero Peralta. The body was found half-naked body.
