Is the fourth process open to Berlusconi in the Lombard capital, Italian media reported today.
Representative is accused of an alleged crime of tax fraud in the known Mediaset case; an offence of corruption in judicial in the case Mills Act, and induction to prostitution of children and abuse of power in the Ruby case.
Is also accused for alleged misappropriation and tax fraud for example Mediatrade, which is at the preliminary hearing stage.
This case responds to the request last September 22, the Prosecutor's Office in Milan of sending to trial of Berlusconi, who accused of participation in the revelation of secret u000aProfessional.
The facts date back to 2005, when "Il Giornale" published a telephone conversation between the President of the insurance company Unipol, Giovanni consort, and the then leader of the party democratic left (DS), Piero Fassino.
"We have a Bank," claimed consort in conversation when referring to the operation to try to gain control of the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (BNL), a case which the Rome public prosecutor requested in April 2010 the prosecution of the President of Unipol.
The conversation between Fassino and consort still not had been included in the records of the Prosecutor's Office when it was published, it was still in the hands of the police and the company Research Control System (CSR), who was responsible for the interception.
Supposedly on December 25, 2005 the director of CSR, Roberto Raffaelli, and his friend Fabrizio Favata showed recording the Berlusconi brothers at the residence which is the former u000aPrime Minister in the northern town of Arcore near Milan.
In its decision to reject the request to archive the case against Berlusconi, Donadeo considered that the tape recording was "a gift" for Silvio Berlusconi before the proximity of the general election in 2006, since its publication "would have damaged, as it finally did, the image of Piero Fassino".
The judge considered that the reaction of the then Prime Minister to receive the recording was "satisfaction and gratitude" and in no case of disapproval.
"The publication of the news just then and only having listened to Silvio Berlusconi, as they wanted all the subsequent acknowledgements by Silvio Berlusconi, are historically proven data, interpreted in a logical way, they make it necessary for the exercise of criminal action" towards the then ruler, said judge.
The brother of Silvio Berlusconi, Paolo, was already u000asent to trial for this case, accused of crimes of break-ins (concealment or cover-up of criminals or things that are matters of crime), fraud and participation in the disclosure of professional secrecy.
Donadeo Yes, however, welcomed the request of the public prosecutor of archiving the hypothesis of break-ins against Berlusconi, this accusation would be valid only if it had circulated a material good and no information.
