Strangle 59-year Swiss citizen in Las Terrenas, accuses a Haitian

A Swiss citizen, 59, was strangled and her body was found in the room where he resided in the area Telecable, Las Terrenas, Samaná, for which fact is being chased a Haitian national.
Police identified the victim Edith Younsi, whose body had trauma to the skull by blunt blows and suffocation by strangulation or hanging.
