Superior Electoral Court performs its second session

The Tribunal Superior Electoral (TSE) yesterday held its second meeting in which commissions appointed in the first match surrendered the relevant reports to the assigned tasks and on the level of organization of the Agency to integrate.

The meeting, which took place in one of the meeting rooms in the area of graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), was headed by the President of the Tribunal, Mariano Rodríguez, and attended other members José Manuel Hernández Peguero, Marino Mendoza, Mabel Merry and John Guilliani.

Last week were integrated two committees, one for drafting the administrative regulations, composed by Hernández Peguero and happy, and the other to elaborate the rules of electoral dispute procedure, in charge of Mendoza and Guilliani. Both committees chaired by the President of the TSE.

Prior to the meeting, happy explained that it works together with u000aHernández Peguero regulations administrative and contentious of the TSE. "We were summoned to provide reports of the two commissions that were formed, and we are working on the development of both regulations and the Ministry of public administration is helping us," he said.
