Supreme forwards requested extradition

Viewed 12 times.The second room criminal of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) postponed to January 11 the knowledge of the request for extradition of Oscar Ezequiel Rodriguez Cruz, claimed by the authorities of United States to be tried for drug trafficking in a Court of Massachusetts.
The tribunal, chaired by Hugo Alvarez Valencia, took the decision after hosting a pediment of Leopoldo Francisco Núñez, new lawyer of Rodriguez Cruz, who called for forwarding to study the file.
It is recalled that the accused had waived his attorney so appointed a new defense.
Charge of the Department of extradition of the Attorney-General, Gisela Cueto, and counsel of the U.S. Embassy, Anardy Alcantara, not made objections forwarding.
