Supreme makes up the Civil House

The plenum of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) formed yesterday members of the Civil Chamber, but it was slow in the structuring of the other cameras, the criminal and labour, which must have five members each one.

During the meeting yesterday was defined the structure of the Civil Chamber, which will be chaired by Dr. Julio César Castaños Guzmán and integrated by judges Jose Alberto crosshead, Francisco Jerez Mena, Martha Olga Herrera Carbuccia and Víctor José Castellanos, one of the judges newly confirmed in the High Court, and who belonged to the Criminal Chamber.

Of the labour Chamber remains to choose to u000atwo members. He was chosen as President Manuel Ramón Herrera Carbuccia and Sarah HENRIQUEZ and Robert Placencia members.

Was also chosen the judge Dania Rodríguez of Goris as Permanent Representative of the National Council of the judiciary. Until last night had just been chosen judge Miriam Germán Brito as President of the Criminal Chamber. Trial judges include Esther Agelán Casasnovas, Juan Hiroíto Reyes, Edgar Hernandez, Frank Soto and Alejandro Moscoso.
