Talks between the IMF and RD in "standby"

L as talks for the seventh and eighth revisions to the agreement between the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Dominican Republic are paralysed, but the country is on the verge of return to the meetings that lead the negotiations of the paralysis which is the Covenant.
