Ten judges call for the Council of the judiciary to be taken into account for promotion

Ten justices of the Chamber criminal in court, of Collegiate Court, Criminal Chamber and instruction of the Distrito Nacional and Santo Domingo province, called on the members of the Council of the judiciary (CPJ), take it into account in the promotion made by that body, as well as the designation of a financial advisor and an Assistant to the President of the Supreme Court of justice.

Requests are contained in the agenda of the members of the CPJ report 03/2012 where, among other things, it contains two requests for is appointed Churchill González and the Madam Vilma safe, first as financial advisor and the second as an Assistant to the President of the Supreme Court of Justice and of the Council of the judiciary, Mariano German Mejia power.

Requests were made by the judges Julio Cesar Canó Alfau, Manuel Hernández Victoria, Manuel Ulises Bonnelly Vega, Ysis Muñiz Almonte, Pilar Rufino Diaz, Daira Medina Tejada, Daniel Nolasco olive, u000aEduardo Sánchez Ortiz, Claribel Nivar Arias and Luz Maria Rivas Rosario.

Judge Canó Alfau, Judge President of the first criminal courtroom, requested to be made Chairman of the House criminal of the Court of appeal of the District National.

While Hernandez Victoria, also the first courtroom, judge aims to preside over one of the three chambers of the Court, while Muniz Almonte, seeks to preside over the third room, just like Bonnelly Vega, of the same court.

The judges Rufino Diaz, Nolasco olive and Medina Tejeda, the fourth collegiate court of the National District, request that they are designated in one of the three Chamber of the Court of appeal of that jurisdiction. Similarly, Sánchez Ortiz, judge of the Fourth Chamber of the Criminal Chamber of the National District, also has aspirations to the Court of appeal.

On their side, the judge Luz María Rivas of the Rosary, the Coordinator and judge of the first court of the u000aInstruction of the province of Santo Domingo, has aspirations to the courts of that jurisdiction or of the District National.
