A structure of drug trafficking narcotic drugs which sent to Puerto Rico was dismantled yesterday Monday by the National Directorate (DNCD), whose agents arrested 29 people, including five Puerto Ricans and 17 Russian, latter, crew members of a boat used to transport drugs abroad.
