IMCA President and director of the IEET, Pedro Esteva, said the results of the program allow to answer the concerns of President Leonel Fernandez in relationship before investing more resources in education it is necessary to know and discuss "what, how and for what is taught".
VICINI via Foundation starts working from a year ago with Pedro Esteva in order to replicate this investment model of IMCA with the Loyola Polytechnic in other polytechnics to level national.
Through a document sent to LISTÍN DIARIO, Esteva explains that the inclusive education model was proposed by the Organization CORD, United States, and generated the IMCA Board of Directors to convene u000aa group of business people with similar interests and forward-looking to formalize the IEET.
The model in question is based on three fundamental pillars: pedagogical one consisting of the contextualization deep education; another curriculum through which apply different cross-cutting methods for defining the curriculum, and a third, functional to generate adequate mechanisms the curricular and pedagogical pillar develop in plenitude.
"It is my opinion that all educational reform that did not contemplate these three pillars in joint has less chance of success," said.
Training
as part of the model proposes a training to help teachers "get better students", i.e., to be better communicators because education is basically to establish bridges of communication between teacher and student with the goal of eliminating u000abarriers.
Also works with teachers to help the motivation of the students, because a more motivated students learn more and much better.
The type of curriculum design implemented part of the course to incorporate the sectors concerned in the education of our young people, for that together carry out a process of enrichment of curricular content, integrating the skills, attitudes and values.
