The JAD offers SMEs project results
posted on: Dec 6 2011 8:30 by RDugey. Viewed 15 times.The Board Agroempresarial Dominican (JAD) unveiled the results of component of credit project facilitation of the access to financing to the agricultural SMEs of the province La Vega (Faciagro).
The pilot initiative is executed by the JAD in the La Vega province for three years, with an investment of RD$ 67 million. It has the support of the Inter-American Bank of development (IDB), in his capacity as administrator of the Multilateral Fund of investments (Fomin).
The project is aimed at the establishment of a pilot system of support services integrated, targeted both to convert small producers in subjects of credit through the formalization of their property rights, as well as supporting the deepening financial in the province.
To comply with this objective in the credit, the Faciagro component established strategic alliances with banks Ademi and Adopem, Fund for the u000aDevelopment of Santiago (Fondesa) and cooperative Vega Real, entities that have demonstrated vocation, interest and readiness to support and work with SMEs agricultural.
Gustavo Florentino, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JAD, said that financing and certification have been part of the conclusions that have been gathered.
