The police Superior Council outlines the preventive plan 2012

The Council senior police, headed by the Chief of police, major general José Armando Polanco Gómez, met yesterday for five and a half hours to pass balance to the records of that institution during the past year, and draw antidelictivas and preventive strategies for this 2012.
