The Prosecutor's Office requested measure of coercion against former Chief DNCD

The fifth Court of the magistrate of the national district judge was empowered yesterday a request for measure of coercion involving financial guarantee against the former President of the National Directorate for Drug Control program (DNCD), retired Admiral Iván Peña Castle, on charges of violence of gender and family, presented by his wife Thelcemary Georgina Mejía Agramonte.
