The Socialist Party Obrero Spanish (PSOE) yesterday closed its 38 Federal Congress with the election of its leadership and with the stake of its new leader, Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba, for a "change of optics", allowing them to regain the confidence of the Spanish.
With a claim of "strength, courage and greatness" of Socialists, Rubalcaba closes the Conference which consolidated it at the head of the PSOE, even at the expense of the Division as evidenced by the narrow margin of 22 votes.
