The Syrian regime responds with 24 dead at the end of the ultimatum of Arab League

As usual in recent months, the province hardest for the Suppression of the regime was Homs (Central), which has become the main stronghold of the insurgents and which today killed 10 people.
According to Local coordination committees opponents five of the victims in this province lost their lives in the city of Qasir.
While Syrian troops loyal to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad, also attacked opposition activists in the town of Kafr Tajarim, Idleb province (northeast), which was also characterised by massive protests.
In the town of Halfaya, in Hama (Center), three others were killed in a coordinated action by Syrian forces, which are u000athey used dozens of tanks and armoured vehicles reported committees.

This new bloodshed of u000ablood coincides with the end of the ultimatum that the Arab League had granted Wednesday to the Syrian Government to put an end to the violence and accept a mission of observers for this organism.
On Thursday, Syria announced in writing the agency Pan-Arab who would accept to receive the Mission of observers, provided "light amendments" in the program.
The Secretary general of the Arab League, Nabil Al Arabi, received a message from Syrian Foreign Minister, Walid Mualem, which included a series of amendments to the draft protocol proposed by the Organization concerning the work of the observer mission.
A source of the Arab League who requested anonymity told Efe that the response of the Syrian Government claimed that it "accepts the draft of the Protocol of the visit to its territory by the mechanisms of observation of the Arab League", and added that it will sign the Protocol governing the contents of the groups of u000aobservation, agenda and form of the visit.
However, violence continues in Syria, where more than 3,500 people have died since the beginning of the riots in mid March past.
Nothing has served the suspension of its participation in the Arab League, which came into force last Thursday and was decided a week ago in an extraordinary Arab Ministers meeting in El Cairo.
Various countries such as United States or Russia have already warned that Syria is facing the risk of war civil.
In an interview Friday at the NBC network in Bali (Indonesia), Secretary of State in the US, Hillary Clinton, was of the view that "there could be a civil war with a very focused, well armed opposition and that over time will be well funded, and that is, if not addressed, certainly influenced by deserters from the army".
