The weather will continue to the next 24 to 48 hours without major changes

The Dominican territory will continue to be characterized during the next 24 to 48 hours with few changes in the activity of rainfall as a result of the effects of a high pressure system located North Atlantic, which maintains limited formations cloud in almost all the country.
However, the National Bureau of meteorology does not preclude the occurrence of weak and isolated showers over Northeastern regions, Southeast and Central cordillera, the product of cloudiness that drags the prevailing wind from the East.
Local forecasts
today the sky will be half cloudy occasionally with weak rain and short-lived towards of La Vega, Monseñor Nouel, Sánchez Ramírez, María Trinidad Sánchez, Duarte, Hato Mayor, El Seibo, Monte Plata, Samana, San Cristóbal, San José Ocoa and provinces Barahona.
In the Distrito Nacional and Santo Domingo province isolated clouds are expected in the medium u000acloudy in the evening
