Conference, promoted by the World Bank through its water and sanitation program (WSP acronym in English) and the National Institute of drinking water and sewerage systems (Inapa), brought together about 100 researchers, managers of projects and staff públicompromicos of 11 countries in Latin America, Europe, Africa and North America, in order to promote better hygiene practices among the population as a crucial step and low cost in the fight against poverty. Participated in the Act of closing Mariano Germán, executive director of Inapa; Bautista Rojas Gomez, Minister of u000aPublic health, and Glenn Pearce Oroz, regional director for Latin America and the Caribbean of the programme of water and sanitation.
