They accuse to all damaging ecology

Viewed 25 times.The Procurator for the defence of the environment and natural resources, was empowered yesterday of a submission against the Deputy Juan Hubieres, with a group of more than 20 people accused of destroy and alter protected areas in the sector of Los Farallones, next to the Green Avenue, Santo Domingo Este.
The submission was made by the Ministry of environment and natural resources, through the Deputy Minister for protected areas and biodiversity, Angel Daneris Santana, and the doctor Marisol Castillo, legal Director of the institution, who challenged the allegation in the technical report checked where the magnitude of the damage caused by the squatters of these lands.
According to the submission received by the Attorney of environmental protection, Andrés Chalas, all group occupied the protected area where several ecological resources, destroying vegetation cover in more than 90%, eliminating the fauna and u000apolluting the aquifers in the area, with the effusion of fuels, in clear violation law 64-00 environment.
