The main prosecutor in the trial of Hosni Mubarak presented Tuesday the tougher evaluation of the regime that has been done in Egyptian, the accused Court to the deposed President of tyranny and corruption, as well as stating that he devoted the last 10 years of his three decades in power to ensure the succession of his son.
Mustafa Suleiman allegation seemed to have intended to give momentum to the judgment of Mubarak, his two sons, and eight co-defendants after five months of session characterized by long delays, confusing testimony and complex problems of procedure. This has caused outrage in Egypt, where many hoped that justice address quickly and clearly Mubarak, overthrown by 18 days of protests.
