This was stated yesterday the President of the Dominican Association of rehabilitation, doña Mary Marranzini Pérez, to participate in a mass celebrated in the Cathedral of Santo Domingo on the occasion of celebrating the international day of persons with disabilities, which was attended by the Vice-President of the Republic and President of the National Council on disabilities (Conadis)Rafael Alburquerque.
Perez Marranzini, said that the country is there has been progress on rights of persons with disabilities, but we need to work harder to give them the facilities and opportunities to develop their skills and u000ause them according to their skills. He recalled that the rehabilitation Association is a group of people working in the placement of closures of packaging.
The mass, convened by the Conadis, was officiated by Monsignor Amancio escape, who emphasized the importance of recognition of the rights and duties of persons with disabilities to ensure their full integration and urged the society to recognize the same.
