They claim bus for students

The Association of University students of Nizao (Aseuni) claimed yesterday a bus assigned to President Leonel Fernandez, which is currently in the hands of the Board of Trustees for support to the Regional University Centre of Baní (Curban) of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. The President of the Association and student of the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (Utesa), Atilda Madé, explained that the vehicle is now deteriorated and they fear any danger in the transfer of pupils from Nizao towards the city of Santo Domingo at the different universities.

Visit to the newspaper LISTÍN, students who travel to Santo Domingo declared that they are more than 900 University and only have a bus of 30 passengers.

They explained that the transfer it is awkward and difficult because they carry 60 daily on each trip.

The past 28th of September there was a meeting in the Office of Senator Wilton Guerrero, u000ain which it was agreed that one of the buses of the Board of Trustees of Baní would be awarded to the Aseuni, according to Angel Pimentel, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Curban.
