"The judges who are members of the full Court, unanimously, agreed to accept the indictment filed by the Attorney-General's Office against the legislator" Jorge Angulo, of the ruling National Liberation Party (PLN), said a statement. The decision was taken by the Court after hearing a report by Judge Carlos Chinchilla, who was assigned the analysis of the case presented by the Attorney General, Jorge Chavarria.
