The full Supreme Court postponed yesterday for December 14 knowledge of demand for maintenance against the Deputy peledeísta Orlando Espinosa.

The tribunal, chaired by the Vice-President of the Supreme Court, Rafael Luciano Pichardo, made the decision then that lawyers for the plaintiff Navegacion Domínguez Lluberes, request the postponement in order to make knowledge about some documents submitted by the defense of the lawmaker.

Domínguez Lluberes filed the demand for maintenance against the Member, in order that the legislator to comply with the obligation to maintain a four-year-old son fruit of a relationship with the applicant.

However, the defence of the Member claims it has complied with the maintenance and showed several checks that that concept would have paid in the last six months.
