Viewed 18 times.Judge Keila Perez Santana, of the Judicial Service Office of permanent attention of the National District, passed measure of coercion of three months in prison to an employee in the area of Fund of the Central Electoral Board (JCE), accused of allegedly having stolen 400 thousand pesos placed under their responsibility.
Perez Santana judge decided against Manuel Ulises Ravelo Cuevas who was detected irregularity after a tonnage practiced in the institution, fruit of which the Inspectors detected missing, so the investigation was put in the hands of the public prosecutor's.
The measure of coercion consists in preventive detention, to meet for a period of three months, in the Najayo model prison, for the alleged violation of the provisions contained in articles 265 and 266, 386-3, 407 and 408 of the criminal code, fixing the mandatory review of this u000ameasure to meet the deadline established in the judgement.
The judge also ordered that the judgment against the defendant may be submitted to the seventh the magistrate of the National District, court seized for the investigative control.
