They postpone view of José Pimentel

The next court hearing of José Pimentel, the young Dominican man accused of being a "supporter" of the terrorist network Al-Qaeda that was planning attacks in New York, has been delayed until December 5 after the appointment of a new defence lawyer for the case.
Said yesterday the Attorney of the Southern District of Manhattan, the next appearance of Pimentel, scheduled for tomorrow Friday, will be delayed until the beginning of next month when his lawyer, Joseph Zabłocki, renounce continue with the case for a "conflict of interest" of its legal assistance organization.
The conflict stemmed from that Legal Aid Society represents the reporting anonymous who alerted the authorities about plans of Pimentel's attacks in New York, as he warned the prosecution that organization, without detailing them which of their clients was in another court case.
Will now be Lori Cohen the new legal responsible of u000athe defence of the young person of Dominican origin, arrested last Sunday at his home in the neighborhood of Washington Heights.
