The League of the Union of Philadelphia awarded Vice Admiral Homero Luis Lajara Solá, Deputy Minister for the armed forces, the distinctive "bowl of the League of the Union", the first distinction to an ofi - cial military overseas.

During the recognition to the Vice-Admiral Lajara Solá, attended the general David Rodriguez, commanding general, forces of the Army (Army) USA, one of the most respected military ciales in America ofi, who served as a keynote speaker and that he was "Recognition Abraham Lincoln". The audience at the veteran's day was attended by more than 300 personalities from business, civil and military leaders, along with staff active, reserve and national, personal guard wounded in war and Veterans of World War II, Korea, Viet Nam, and the war against terrorism.
